At Mercedes Amato Interiors, interior design is our passion. From concept to creation, we work closely with our Ridgewood, NJ clients ensuring we meet every want and need. We take your style and create the home of your dreams by bringing your vision to life. Every design service begins with an in-home consultation (with the exception of our virtual e-design service). Our services include interior decorating, construction & remodel, and e-design for spaces which include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, basements, as well as entire homes for clients throughout Bergen County, NJ and the surrounding area.
Every new Ridgewood client begins with a two-hour, in-home consultation where all decision-makers must be present. During this meeting, we discuss the scope of work, budget, goals, and expectations. We walk through your home to identify the spaces you’d like to have designed or decorated. I will take detailed notes, photos, and measurements while we tour your home. From there, we will go through photos of inspiration, usually taken from Pinterest, so I can get a sense of your style including the colors, patterns, and finishes you gravitate towards.
- All decision-makers must be present
- You will provide photos of inspiration (or a Pinterest board), colors, styles, patterns, finishes
- Scope of work, budget, goals, and expectations are discussed
- Measurements and photos will be taken
- For appointments outside of Ridgewood (including but not limited to NYC)
- Any additional services requested (must be within reason and within scope of the job)
- An additional charge will be applied if an assistant is needed
