About What Is Vacant Staging?
This service is perfect for our investor friends or for those who have already moved out of their home, leaving it empty. This service includes shopping for rental furniture and accessories, delivery and installation. Once the property is sold, we will come back to de-stage it. Rooms to be staged include living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom + bathroom, and main bathroom.

Price will vary depending on the number and size of rooms to be staged as well as the amount of furniture and accessories needed

Expense And Hourly Fee
For appointments outside of Bergen County (including but not limited to NYC)
- Any additional services requested (must be within reason and within scope of the job)
- An additional charge will be applied if an assistant is needed
